At Premium Sound Solutions, our Talent Acquisition team is actively engaged in direct candidate sourcing. To ensure clarity and avoid potential overlaps in candidate representation, we kindly ask recruitment agencies with whom we do not have a formal agreement not to send speculative or unsolicited applications.
Agency involvement is only considered when Premium Sound Solutions specifically reaches out following an initial discussion about a particular role or candidate profile.
Unsolicited applications will be treated as direct applications from the candidate, and Premium Sound Solutions will not be responsible for any associated recruitment fees.
In certain cases we may seek the support of one of our trusted recruitment partners. These partners are granted access to our online agency portal, which must be used for all CV submissions.
