What will you do at PSS?

The Assistant Controller supports the Finance Director in managing the plant’s financial and accounting activities, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strong financial support for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales volume and margin analysis, ensuring timely and accurate global reporting in OneStream
• Support month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations for US and Mexico entities
• Oversee general ledger accounting for the US entity, ensuring accuracy, payments, and cost control
• Manage and track Capex projects, including forecasting and depreciation, in compliance with IFRS
• Support the budgeting process and assist with US tax preparation and local tax provisions
• Process US and Mexico payroll accounting and provide payroll-related HR support
• Safeguard profitability and Transfer Pricing compliance

What do you bring to PSS?

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; Accounting or Finance preferred
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Accounting and FP&A
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including GL accounting and reporting
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results
