What will you do at PSS?
Maintain and build strong relationships and provide excellent service & support to your customers to ensure loyalty and future sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Overall Accountability:
- Own global responsibility for designated clients, especially those with major APAC subsidiaries.
- Drive long-term customer success, identify new business opportunities, and build trusted relationships.
- Act as the primary commercial contact and collaborate across all internal levels and external partners.
- Make decisions that directly impact sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Handle diverse tasks requiring timely and accurate judgment.
Relationship Management:
- Strengthen customer loyalty by building strong technical and commercial partnerships.
- Understand, document, and apply clients’ strategic and operational needs.
- Maintain an overview of key contacts and manage customer interactions effectively.
Business Development:
- Grow business within existing accounts and identify improvement areas to meet sales targets.
- Lead quotation processes: gather market insights, define target prices, analyze cost models, and build pricing proposals.
- Apply upselling strategies to expand opportunities.
Strategy:
- Develop and execute commercial and marketing strategies for assigned accounts aligned with company goals.
- Establish price management processes and ensure margin achievement.
- Lead price negotiations and ensure proper contract documentation.
- Support the MTP (3-year business plan), annual sales budget, and long-term planning.
- Assess feasibility and profitability of new projects and align decisions with Business Director and VP Sales.
Roadmapping:
- Identify required products and technologies and align with R&D to secure timely readiness.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research of the loudspeaker market and monitor competitive positioning.
- Detect 3–5 year market trends and initiate appropriate strategic actions.
Account Management:
- Oversee daily operations for assigned clients across technology, production, quality, logistics, and commercial areas.
- Follow up on new product introductions internally and externally.
- Ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet customer objectives.
- Participate in account team meetings and collaborate to resolve issues.
- Negotiate and close agreements to maximize profitability.
- Communicate progress of key initiatives to stakeholders.
- Forecast and monitor account metrics.
- Assist with complex client requests and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer agreements for easy retrieval.
What do you bring to PSS?
- Minimum requirement of bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field.
- Extensive experience in sales B2B environment, ideally > 5 years.
- Background in audio/sound related market is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Mandarin and English.
- Energetic with a win-win mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Team player with good people management and excellent communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles (selling/presentation/negotiation skills).
- Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong drive for success.
