Job Description: 

Job Purpose

  • To Envision the long-term/short term plan with strategic thinking based on the current situation, map out the approaches to move from current to future stage with flexibility build in/define to manage potential roadblocks.
  • Lead Order Fulfillment Process covering Customer order service, PMC, Procurement, warehouse operation and shipping, also in charge of Customs & public relationship
  • Lead cross functions to manage customer demand well and have full experience on implementation with proven knowledge and insightful thinking for pro-active supply chain management including demand management and SIOP (Sales Inventory Operation Planning).
  • Ensure customer order fulfillment being executed as per commitment.
  • Lead the digitalization transformation in all supply chain areas (customer order service, PMC, procurement, warehouse operation and shipping)
  • To support material handling from supplier selection, qualification to cost management with solid knowledge both in PCP (Product Creation Process) and MP(Mass Production) processes.
  • Leadership on building up the strong SCM team with high competence and ownership to drive efficient supply chain management in the factory.
  • Able to support business needs in terms of logistics and purchasing agreement, ensure the profitability of operations.
  • Plays the key role as member of DGN management team enable to guide and coach other supporting function work towards common goal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically secure the business continuity with insights to support the business needs based on MTP(Middle Term Plan) and 4-year plan.
  • Plan and work out the approaches to bring from current to future stage to meet the business growth needs with insightful prediction on future industrial trend.
  • Ensure OTD(On Time Delivery) to customers and PSS hubs.
  • Ensure good procurement performance with minimal cost and cash flow impact.
  • Control the finished goods inventory as specified in the budget and business plan.
  • Manage the warehouse operations with optimized cost structural following LEAN concept & process automation
  • Drive the digitalization transformation on supply chain operations
  • Manage the freight cost within the budget with continuously improvement.
  • Implement the smooth order fulfillment to ensure OTD (On Time Delivery) with optimized cost.
  • Set up logistic and purchasing agreement, including special agreement that involve supply chain, for new customer. The agreement should be in line with supplier material supply agreement to ensure continuity of supply chain.
  • Involve in supplier selection to ensure strategic partnership which can support PSS growth.
  • Manage the long lead-time items planning and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor the PR maintenance to have smooth environment to support business.
  • Coach, guide and motivate the team to develop together with our business growth.
  • Lead the CI(Continuous Improvement) activities in SCM function and support company  CI and lean initiatives.
  • Fulfill the customer request reporting and survey on time.

Qualification

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • More than 10 years of working experience in supply chain management.
  • Global exposure to multinational company is strongly preferred.
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills to work with people cross all levels in the organization.
  • Fluent English writing and speaking for better communication internally and externally.
  • Strong leadership to manage the suppliers and subordinates. 
  • Multi-tasking, adaptable to changes, and able to handle pressure.
  • Independence to take decision and bold to take calculated risks.
