Key areas of accountability

• Drive global consolidation with China suppliers to achieve cost and efficiency targets.
• Manage intercompany SPK supply planning across PSS sites, ensuring alignment with MPS and stable supply.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement and shipment execution for Asia-sourced materials, ensuring delivery performance and cost control.
• Act as the key interface between Asia suppliers and PSS sites, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and timely issue resolution.
• Ensure material availability while meeting inventory, freight cost, and delivery KPIs.
• Proactively identify risks and drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance.

Qualification

• Academic/Professional Qualification: Supply Chain
• Expertise/Skills: 3-5 years’ experience in procurement, 2+ years’ in using ERP as MM role
• Language skills: Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Affinity with information systems
• Process driven (especially procurement and SCM processes)
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Highly motivated and a drive for improvement
