What will you do at PSS?
Fulfill customer orders / requirements on timely manner
Key Responsibilities
Sales Order Processing:
• Receive customer orders & forecasts and key in SAP
• Forecast analysis and comparison, clarification for big fluctuations.
• Feedback order confirmation within 2 working days or less in accordance with agreement with customer
Production/Shipment planning:
• Release weekly delivery plan
• Ensure timely delivery of goods from factory, in time for shipment to customers.
• Check shipment status with Distribution team and update customer on shipment details
• Follow up with customer and appointed forwarder on blocked shipments
• Returnable package monitoring and track status to make sure readiness for production and delivery
Order reschedules and cancellation:
• Conduct reschedules and cancellations, check impact of the activities
• In the event of order cancellation or EOL (end of life) announcement made by customers, follow up with factory and procurement to compile the outstanding inventory (FG/WIP/Component) that the customer is liable for.
• Follow up with customers on the obsolescence payment
Inventory Control:
• Cooperate with Procurement and PMC, keep supply chain move smoothly while avoiding obsolescence risk
• Keep a safety inventory level for FG in VMI
• VMI management and consignment management
• Ensure FG stock accuracy in system and obsolescence costs are written off timely
• Analyze and control inventory
• OB monthly tracking
Invoicing:
• Ensure invoicing Customer on time and accuracy.
• Ensure Supplier’s invoice can be processed in time and accurately.
• On request of F&A, to do the Invoice Matching accurately and in time.
• On request of F&A, follow up with customers on their overdue invoices and monitor customer’s credit limit
Project Handling:
• Familiar with Products Creation Process.
• With the guidance from Supervisor, ensure timely setup logistic module for new customers at global level.
• With the guidance from Supervisor, ensure timely setup EDI connection with new customers when necessary.
• With the guidance from Supervisor, ensure critical components are available timely to support the production start.
• With the guidance from Supervisor, ensure customer demands are translated properly into a planning to Sub-contractor and follow up with Sub-contractor for the production planning/BOM components availability.
What do you bring to PSS?
Academic / Professional Qualification: Bachelor or equivalent
Working Experience: 5~7years
Expertise / Skills:
- Have good understanding of production planning and material planning, MRP logical.
- Have good understanding of Incoterms (FOB, FCA, CIP, CIF, DAP, DDP etc.)
- Understanding of the industrial and PCP process
- Good at Excel for analysis and reporting
- Experience in SAP system.
Language skills: fluent English
