Key areas of accountability

• Manage customer orders and forecasts; ensure timely order confirmation
• Plan production and coordinate weekly delivery schedules
• Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and communicate with customers
• Monitor and optimize inventory (FG, VMI, consignment), minimizing obsolescence risk
• Handle order changes, cancellations, and EOL processes with customers
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing; support AR follow-up and credit control
• Support new product/customer onboarding (NPI, EDI, logistics setup)
• Maintain accurate planning data in SAP

Qualification

Academic / Professional Qualification:   Bachelor or equivalent

Working Experience: 5~7years

Expertise / Skills: 

• Have good understanding of production planning and material planning, MRP logical.
• Have good understanding of Incoterms (FOB, FCA, CIP, CIF, DAP, DDP etc.)
• Understanding of the industrial and PCP process
• Good at Excel for analysis and reporting
• Experience in SAP system.

Language skills:  fluent English
