What will you do at PSS?
This position is in priority responsible for managing product design (PLM/Engineering BOM) in Changzhou plant. It not only ensures the accuracy and compliance of R&D documentation and data but also is responsible for maintaining high-quality accuracy on BOM master data within AAC PLM, AAC SAP and PSS SAP system (especially the models produced in Chang Zhou Plant). In addition to managing the Chang Zhou plant data flow, the position will support the PSS global master data team processing and completing PSS global master data tickets in accordance with the instruction and service level agreed with the PSS plants.
Key Responsibilities

R&D Document Control & Engineering BOM Management (AAC PLM)
- Manage R&D documents and Engineering BOMs in AAC PLM, including creation, release, change, and archiving, in compliance with quality and change management requirements.
- Maintain item master data, Engineering BOMs, and component/version transitions (e.g. X‑to‑O, 10‑to‑11), ensuring design alignment, traceability, and data accuracy.
- Drive PLM change workflows and ensure timely, accurate synchronization of documents and BOMs between AAC PLM and SAP systems.
Master Data Management (AAC PLM & PSS SAP)
- Maintain, extend, and govern item master data and plant‑specific BOMs in line with Golden Book standards, SLAs, and lifecycle management rules.
- Support master data collection interfaces, cross‑functional collaboration, and efficient processing of changes in accordance with established procedures.
- Perform data cleansing, lifecycle reporting, and issue resolution, ensuring data completeness and consistency across PLM and SAP.
- Act as first point of contact for plant master data issues, proactively identifying risks and driving solutions.
- Support global master data optimization and continuous improvement initiatives, including gap analysis, testing, and go‑live data uploads.
What do you bring to PSS?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education in data management, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in master data management and R&D document control, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Solid understanding of MS365, Windchill PLM and SAP systems and their roles in managing master data and R&D document control.
- Knowledge of business processes in manufacturing, logistics, and/or finance is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with global teams and stakeholders; fluent English is required.
